PallekAs a self taught artist with many creative interests, I have realized that the day is never long enough to do all the things that I love. My passion for art began with a paintbrush and blossomed into new areas including metal-smithing, pottery, spinning, weaving and fibre arts. Beauty in the nature around me and the flowers in my garden provide inspiration. Contentment is holding a paintbrush and watching things come together. When the work is cool and the kiln door is opened, magic happens. Creating and designing is a never-ending process. We were all created to see and create beauty. A soothing cup of tea, fresh cookies and new friendships are their own reward as we spend workshop time together. Come to my workshop and share my passion. |
